I booked this place because they had wonderful reviews. If i went off of how my nails looked at the end i would give this place more stars because my nails genuinely look really good. But the nail tech in chair 4 was pretty rude. I have a nail that broke from my last set and it took off my real nail and i asked her multiple times to not put a nail on my pinky because my real nail was only attached at the literal base of my nail bed. Instead of listening to my wishes she puts an entire nail on and when i got home later, it snagged and started bleeding and ripped even lower on my nail bed. it’s so frustrating because my nail was healing and now it’s busted back open. she asked about my nail length and i told her i liked the length of her nails. but when she put the tips on and shaped them they were a bit too long for my liking and with my job they would probably break so i asked her to cut them down a little bit more and she rolled her eyes and threw her head back and said i should said that before but she hadn’t put the powder on yet, she started cutting the tips again but was being kinda sassy about it and now my thumbs are two different lengths. if it wernt for the two girls who i talked to next to me, i think it would’ve just been a not fun experience. my other 9nails look really good i think she should fix her attitude and listen to what her customer wants

I walked in not knowing anything about this shop. All but one technician were young males who seemed to not speak or understand English. A worn card of prices was shown to me with no explanation about the services. I chose the simple pedicure and picked a nail color and was quickly escorted to a chair, very close to another occupied chair. My technician started the water, motioned for me to put my feet in, I told him it was cold. He turned on the hot water and left to get supplies, meanwhile the water became hot. He rushed back. The whole pedicure process was done fast not very completewhile he chatted to his buddy in his foreign language the whole time. He was skillful in applying the nail gel. I will not be visiting this site again as it was not a welcoming place.

I love my nails. they dont talk much but take time and detail. I will be back for my fill w my girls. Thanks

Really really bad customer service. Nearly seeming unintentional at points, obviously intentional at other points. Regular phone calls, messenger messages and not much work getting done in a timely fashion. That’s my time that’s being wasted! I’m not getting paid like you all! When you book pointlessly online, the price quoted isn’t even close. I’d give 1 star but my nails are extremely basic, 1 solid color, and do look decent. Since they split naturally the tech got irritated and cut my nails down instead of filing. Now they’re way too short. I thought, based on quality I’d possibly go back. There’s no way I’d go spend money on such an operation again. There’s so many other places to go.

I asked for a red French tip & ended up with this. Not only that but DIRTY tools were used. I watched them pick up tools from other workers stations then use them on me. My skin was painted all over, nails were left uneven and every time I brought up a concern, it was shut down. I asked to file my own nails after noticing they were uneven and was told no. My skin was cut and the red is very splotchy. The night I got them done, they started chipping. Now I know why I was told not to go here. They do not care in the slightest about customer satisfaction, only collecting money.
