Customer Reviews:
This last time I went in (today) I made an appointment for 12:45 for a pedicure and I got sat at around 1. The owner asked one of the ladies to soak my polish off and she didn’t greet me at all and quickly placed acetone on my nails and a scorching hot towel over my feet where I had to take it off and she then proceeding with her other guest (this being 15 minutes into my appointment). I then sat there with the acetone on my toes for 45 minutes !!! No one came to check on me. I had work and other obligations so I had to take the acetone off myself and I left.
Other guests who came in after me were being taken care of before me also.
I would have appreciated them being straight up by saying they could not take me rather than wasting 45 minutes of driving time along with an hour of a “nail appointment”.
I used to be a loyal customer and I gave this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times but I won’t return again. If you want a true one on one experience then I’d suggest to go anywhere else. You get what you pay for.
My daughter had a manicure and said her cuticles were bleeding and it hurt. Her tips were not measured beforehand and she has an assortment of sizes.
Cleanliness was skeptical at best.
Techs were nice
Won’t be back.
