I used to go here all the time but stopped when the owner, John was flat out mean to my mother after she had surgery on her wrist. He was pulling and yanking on her even though she was still in post-op wrapping and told him he was hurting her. She was in tears once she got to the parking lot! I hadn’t been there in years, but I had to go out of necessity (broken nails). He was rude and flat out cruel to me. When I paid, I told him how rude he was and he just said, “That’s just how I am,” as if this excuses his behavior. I wouldn’t go back if he was the last nail tech in the world. Don’t go!! Edit to add that my nails look awful.

I had great nail experiences here for about 3-4 months. I like the powder dips for my nails it makes them stronger. However when I went about 11 days ago my regular lady wasn’t available and the lady I got talked me into “shellac.” I told her gel had destroyed my nails in the past but she said “just try it this time.” Well I’m 11 days in and my first nail broke just as it had in the past with gel. I don’t plan on going back here anymore.

I have been going here for years. They know me very well. My schedule is very busy and they have always been quick, clean , and kind up until today.
I wanted to treat my disabled mother to a pedicure. She arrived at the salon a few mins before me. As I approached the salon I saw my mother sitting outside with her walker SOBBING!!! the owner had stopped her as soon as she got in the door. the owner yelled across the salon in front of the other customers and employees repeating him self say “no no no to big no you must leave ” he was being very loud.
He repeated himself until my disabled mother was able to turn around with her walker and get outside.

When I myself went into the salon I was met with big smiles and hellos from the owner and other employees that I’ve known over the years.
I told him in front of all of the guest that I have done nothing but gave his salon praise even when most locals say it’s trash. When he realized that it was my family that he was rude to, his face completely fell. He instantly wanted us to come in, I told him absolutely not ,he should have been more respectful to my mother. I also said I will NEVER be back and every person I’ve told about this salon will not be back. The next thing I know he is charging towards me screaming and two of his employees get in front of him before he got to me.
I believe this owner is one unhappy customer away from snapping and really hurting someone.
Please do not go here.

Absolutely not. Zero out of zero do not recommend. The owner had my Aunt crying her eyes out because she was “too big” to get a pedicure… Well let me tell you something buddy the way you keep treating your PAYING CUSTOMERS is a way to no success. And looking at the reviews on your shop is a successful way to go down the toilet. I’d be surprised to see your business standing there in the next 5yrs the rate your going.

I visited this salon for the first time today and was very impressed. The facility was clean without the strong chemical smell you often encounter at nail salons. The foot spas had disposable plastic liners for increased cleanliness. My nail technician was Holly and she was fantastic! Very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I had the classic pedicure service with a gel add on. Her work was great and the finish looks good. But perhaps my favorite part of the experience was Holly’s foot/leg massage. Talk about skill! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
