I went here to get a manicure and they ruined my nails. The manicurist took off my gel polish incorrectly, taking off parts of my nail with it. She then expressed concern that my nail beds were extremely thin, but proceeded to aggressively buffer them down even further. The actual manicure turned out fine, but my nail beds ending up hurting weeks after to the point where I could barely use my hands. This manicure ended up leaving damage on my nails, and for that reason I will not be returning.

My weekly mani’s and monthly pedi’s are done professionally and with care by Maika at Sandy Nails. When my daughter visits from her home in California, she looks forward to the beautiful mani-pedi’s she gets from Amanda. Owners Peter T. And his wife, Anna, own and operate this Salon efficiently. Cleanliness and quality are top priorities and it shows.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was disappointed with my experience at Sandy Nails. The results didn’t turn out the way I wanted it to. They messed them up! A lady named Mika was very rude to me the whole time I was there. Some one needs to teach her some matters. Her mother didn’t raise her right.

Took me as a walkin but was rough, very short with me, and sped through my basic pedicure. Maybe took 12 minutes total. Didn’t use any products in bath or for cuticles including removal cream or even cuticle oil on nail beds, didn’t ask me any preferences, and overall the work needs touching up. Emphasizing that they were rough and rude with fake niceness to other people. Not the worst pedicure, but definitely not worth $35+ and tip. Value was probably an $18 mall pedicure, on top of their colors being old. Wasn’t relaxing, wouldn’t go back.

As soon as I got into town my first thought was to get my nail fixed. I had a broken nail and needed a wayyy past due fill-in. I got in around 5:30 and tried another nail shop. They turned me around and told me to come back in the morning. I then called Sandy’s Nails and asked if they could squeeze me in. Their immediate response was how far away am I. I told him less than 5 minutes. When I sat down he observed my nails and knew he had work to do. He worked on my nails until the were PERFECT! If you are in this area try this nail salon first! Peter Ta you were awesome and made my vacation!
