Great service, the staff is very nice and makes sure you are comfortable. The lady who did my pedicure kept looking up to make sure I was working the massage chair correctly which I appreciated. Do not be distracted by the fancy lights at AQ Nails. This place does not have as strong of a nail salon smell, and I was quite happy following completion.

They don’t clean their supplies. I asked the nail technician to be please be gently when she does my cuticles because two of my fingers have been damaged by eczema. I also told her that have had several techs cut me to where I bleed. She starts on my cuticles and she is so rough and what happens she cuts me to the point where I’m bleeding. I told her before she was being to rough and that my hands are sensitive. She ignores me and continues to the next finger. I tell her to please stop and I will pay for my service that had been done. I’m just so sick and tired of these techs rushing and not listening to the customers needs. At this point I don’t what to ever have my nail done again! I work in a pharmacy where I am exposed to a lot of germ and I don’t like having open wounds when I have to go to work. The part that gets me is that she didn’t even care that she hurt me. I won’t be back and I will never send anyone to this nail shop.

I received a gift certificate here as a gift and after reading the reviews, I was scared lol but I’m so glad I went! I went on a Sunday and they had a few people waiting so I made an appointment and returned. They got right to me and the man was very patient and listened to what I wanted and delivered! I’m very happy with my nails! I just had a fill … changed the shape completely and gel polish. The cost was $30 and that seems fair for the service. I’m happy with the outcome and have nothing but positive things to say about the service. I’ll return and try them again for additional services!

The lady didn’t even act like she wanted to be working. She didn’t care how the nails looked, gave me attitude when I didn’t know what color I wanted (never saw the dip colors until my pedicure was over). Never offered more than a “regular” pedicure and made 2 of my fingers bleed.

I’ve tried this salon twice now for acrylic nails and have been very disappointed both times now. Both times the technician was busy watching something on their phone while doing my nails. Cold and unfriendly customer service as well. My nails are very thick and uneven. It’s a shame this salon is so terrible because the location is great. No matter how convenient I will never be back.
