I’m not really one to go out of my way to leave a review of anything, good or bad, but… it’s so bad. If the young guy comes out to do your nails, you should probably decline. There were still old nail clippings from a previous customer on the floor and he kind of brushed them aside with his foot. He was watching something on his phone the whole time he was doing my nails. I don’t expect or really even want conversation, but might be good to pay attention to what you’re doing. My nails look horrible. They’re pointing upwards? They don’t cover my nail beds, my hair was getting caught in them when I washed it as if they were press-ons or grown out and I just got them done yesterday. They look like I tried to do them by myself left handed. I didn’t say anything at the time because I had already been there a while and I really didn’t want to wait around to get them fixed or soaked off. I’ll be soaking them off myself at home this evening and taking the L. My friend got hers done as well and hers were good, so maybe it’s just the one guy.

The first set I got done was so pretty but it was finished sloppy. So much acrylic was left on my fingers after the fact. They did last for about 3 weeks, no breaks.
I went back to get a fill-in (to also give the benefit of a doubt) but my lawd, a week after the fact one broke, then two, here I am 2 weeks later with four broken nails and need I remind you, they broke by doing simple tasks. The audacity!!
Anyways, if you’re going to pay $71 for a full set and $39 for fill-in make sure it’s a clean job and the nails do last. At this point, somebody just guide me to the old school $25-$45 sets from back in the day that lasted and when they kept you cleaned up. Not you picking acrylic off yourself.

Ivy gave me manicure also she waxed eyebrows very professional she was also fantastic 😍

One of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had if I could I would give them a 0 !! Me and my sister wanted our nails done, I went for a fill in with gel polish I was quoted 30-35$ and was told the most I would be paying would be 40$ I ended up paying 54$ to have nails with different lengths, my sister got a full set almond shape (keep in mind they charge for shape) she paid 55$ make it make sense! I will never go back here! If I was going to be charged that much I would have gotten a full set! They argued with me on the price receptionist was unprofessional and rude and they only offered to give me 5$ back me and my sisters nails are the same length, like I said I will never return and customer service is trash!
