My massage with Princess was the best I have ever had. She worked areas in my hips and glutes that were much needed. She also focused on the knots in my shoulder near an old ACL injury. Her positive energy was felt as soon as her hands touched my back. I was so comfortable with her.

I’m grateful the rain came today and I decided to do some indoor self care for my body.

My husband got me the Yang package as a Valentine’s Day treat and I have never been more relaxed in my life 😌 Diana was my therapist today and she was very sweet, took her time and was very thorough with the service. I got a full body massage along with reflexology, head spa treatments and many other things. I’m a hairstylist so I’m always on my feet and my body aches a lot of the time but today for the first time in a long time I’m in zero pain. She applied just the right amount of pressure with the massage and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Salon @ 31st for offering this service and thank you Diana for executing it flawlessly!

My daughter and I just had the worst manicure at Salon 31. We went to have a French manicure. The nail technician said we needed gels because they lasted longer. We did not want gels because of the damage they can cause and the uvb light exposure. The nail technician continued to insist but we stood firm in our decision for a regular French manicure. She skipped most of the usual nail and cuticle prep then proceeded to apply one coat of clear polish followed by white tips. When I questioned her choice of clear rather than pale pink coat she said she said she couldn’t do regular French manicure and we should have gotten gels then walked away. The nail tech working with my daughter selected a pale pink polish and finished our nails. I say finished however there was NO base coat, only 1 streaked color coat, uneven white tips, and NO top coat. A basic French manicure is Nail Care 101 and if these technicians can’t do them properly then they should be retrained. The manager called later and offered to take $10 off so we would pay the price for a regular manicure. However in my opinion we didn’t even get a proper regular manicure. There are many nail salons in Virginia Beach. There is no need to patronize one with self proclaimed improperly trained technicians and a manager that does not care enough to make poor service right.

I was gifted a nourishing head massage treatment and let me tell you… it was AMAZING! I had Nicole and she was very professional and it was different from any other treatment/massage/facial I have received! It was so relaxing (and I am one that the mind never stops..haha) and the aromas were perfect. I highly, highly recommend!!! My hair felt and smelled awesome for several days afterwards. Don’t hesitate, just do it!
