I would give this place only 1 star BUT the atmosphere is clean and the smell of the salon is really not bad at all . As far as the actual nail services my friend and I received , awful . It has been 8 days and my nails are already lifting and look way more grown out due to the fact they didn’t polish all the way to the cuticle and such , on top of the fact that I said I want stiletto OR coffin . She suggested almond , there was a slight communication issue between us which was okay I understand but I felt like I was listened to at all! My friend also said she wants coffin and showed them a picture , she had a different nail tech than I , and she still got almond ( so maybe they just don’t know how to do coffin ??) . Overall I’m disappointed. And the price we were charged did not match the price on the website for their services . Definitely won’t be returning . Oh and never once made us wash our hands 🤮

Two stars are for how nice everyone was. As far as how my nails looked, it’s the absolute worst salon I’ve ever been to. Tony just globbed on the paint. They wouldn’t dry. And the way he moved My hands around, they kept hitting paper towels that were sitting there. These pictures were taken Saturday, and I had my nails done Tuesday. It was definitely a rush job. The massage was super light and super quick. He really just didn’t seem to care about the quality of the job in any facet.

Went as a group, and I know that as such, can be difficult to seat without a res. We were fine with waiting, fine with going in smaller groups, and at different times. 2 of our Pedicure group didn’t even want polish. Just wanted general foot care and “get ( our) legs rubbed”. I agreed verbally…out loud…”yes-we are ALL just in it for a leg massage”. Surrounding people and staff agreed. That’s the best part of a pedicare…the leg massage. So, that’s the context and set-up. Here’s what happened….
1) Took all the pedicure people ( minus 1) and seated together. The now solo pedicure ( me…who was paying for the group) was seated by herself several minutes after the others were seated. But alone- not near the others even though ( as it turned out) there was an available seat. The solo manicure was also seated near the main group.
Ok, so there was a group, no reservations, you get seated in smaller groups, not together….I get it. But when you can….and did… manage to seat everyone else together and close to the same time…except ONE, and there was available seating in the group!!! I feel that’s poor customer service.
As for the service itself….
The people taking the time to read this know that these salons are staffed by folks who speak among themselves. Fine, you can talk to your friends and coworkers, no one cares. Helps pass the time, even though I secretly wonder what’s being said. But I’ll tell you when I do start caring… When you’re working on my feet with sharp objects while TURNING … TURNING TO CHAT with coworkers, incidentally, and repeatedly hurting/jabbing me in the process…I care then.
Damage to feet can turn disasterous. We’ve all seen the pedicure/ manicure horror stories. This is how those horror stories start! Indifference and inattention.
And, as for the relaxing leg massage ( exfoliation followed by lotion massaged into my feet and calves ) … NOPE!!! That whole process took less than 3 min. Yes…I timed using the stopwatch feature on my phone because I had an idea where things were heading based on her overall performance until then. My relaxing exfoliation massage AND lotion massage….came to 2min and 51sec. To rub exfoliate scrub ( rinse legs -I stopped the timer for the rinse) and to massage my legs and feet with lotion. Both legs. Both feet. Exfoliate. * rinse. Lotion. 2 minutes and 51 seconds. I stated twice to the worker, that I would like my legs rubbed. She ignored the first and responded that “I did” to the second.
$70.
To be fair, the others in my group were satisfied. None felt it was near our usual salon, although. One of the pedicures even mentioned that she “got tired” of how long her legs were massaged. The results looked fine for everyone, myself included. But I will never go back. Never.

I have been going to Salon Vo for several years now and I cannot say enough good about them. I get a pink and white dip and could not be happier with the outcome. I’ve used several technicians and they are all above and beyond experienced. If you wand a great manicure, I highly recommend Salon Vo!

Everyone was really nice and polite from the phone call making appointment to getting in and getting hair cut I made the appointment for my wife. But from the time she sat down in the chair it all went south the stylist completely ignored what my wife asked for and proceeded to just cut chunks of completely butcherd her hair made it so short on top and heavy that couldn’t be fixed and really took leant out that wasn’t asked for when she requested a simple shag hair cut to a basic Karen hair cut and what went from a pick me up that she needed turned into a bummer and let down
