I usually dye my hair at home, but the other day I felt adventures and wanted to have it done professionally. My friend had recommend Instyle salon, so after work I drove right over. I figured if they weren’t busy they could fit me in or even just make an appointment. I walk in, and there’s four to five ladies, and only three of them are working. I wasn’t greeted with a “Hello!” “Welcome in!” or even a “We’ll be with you in a few!” They all kept chatting and working. I assume they’re busy, so I wait about 15 minutes. No acknowledgement. So I say to one of the girls, “Excuse me.” No response. I wait another 10 minutes. No acknowledgement. Now three of them arent working. They’re just talking and texting. I’m still trying to be a good sport, so I smile and again say, “Excuse me!” a bit louder. No acknowledgement. Now I’m fuming. I wait 10 more minutes, and no one says a word. After 35 minutes I leave. It was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had a salon. RUDE STAFF AND SHODDY SERVICE!!
