I experienced Salon Serenity this week celebrating part of my 15 yr anniversary.
I’ve had many massages, but Maria was literally the best ever. Maria is highly trained and she not only did the best body work, she also educated me as I asked her questions. It was amazing. I will return.
Then the day got even better from Scarlett’s facial and beard treatment.
Guys, don’t shy away from these services. This place is a worthy investment in self optimization.

My hair & makeup looked nothing like I wanted for my wedding. I showed her lots of pictures before the appointment and during. It was pretty, I guess, but kind of mediocre. I could’ve done something similar and saved a bunch of money. It also took much longer than it should have for just me. 3 hours for an updo and basic makeup. Oh yeah, and she spent the majority of the time complaining about some guy she was seeing not giving her enough attention and then seeking relationship advice.

I definitely suggest booking a consultation before making an appointment for a special occasion, especially if you have a certain look you’re going for. I would have appreciated this information before booking our appointment. We were told by more than one technician at this location that they did not have the materials they needed in order to give my daughter what she wanted. Also, was charged for a full manicure in addition to a set of acrylics, I have never heard of this anywhere else, but was told when I called after getting my receipt that that is what they do. Was also charged a convenience fee, which is also something I’ve never seen before. Her nails did look beautiful, however her updo was already starting to fall out before she even left for her event.

As you pull the door open, everything is inviting. The sweet people, the calming music, huge selection of high quality product and the relaxing air, all ready to wisp you away. I’ve been going to salon serenity since it opened. Now my entire family travels from Charlotte to get our hair done together. My little boy was smiling when we left because he has the trendiest teenage boy do. My daughter is ready for summer with her highlights and I had a bit of magic sprinkled on mine as well. Drop by and check it out. Each time I visit, there are new services added. We love it there.
