Had a hair emergency! My hairdresser moved to FL 2 months before my son’s wedding. By some stroke of luck I ended up at Salon Kokopelli. Because of distance I needed to have a special appt time in order to get to the wedding on time. They were so accommodating and sweet to a new customer.

My hair looked so amazing! People actually complimented me on my hair at the wedding.

Good morning, I am writing this email and telling you that yesterday I had an appointment for a balayage, which they did not perform the process as I expected. It has been a year since the last time I had this type of process and I was not at all satisfied, first the person who assisted me started his work and then left me at a machine for several hours while I attended to other clients. The machine only heats one side of the hair and I didn’t have the result I didn’t want and they ended up burning my hair. I would like to emphasize that my hair was in good condition since I had a balayage a year ago and that it was in good condition.
