I went to this salon in August of 2023. I used Groupon at $59.04. The offer was for additional three visits for hair color blow dry etc. at the same price. Terry asked me not to purchase three additional visits and that she would honor Groupon price for my next three visits. I agreed as I was not losing anything and she was making more money as she did not have to give commission to Groupon….. which could be as high as 50%. She did honor the price on my second visit . This afternoon on my third visit, she pretended initially as if she did not remember asking me not to make the purchase. Finally, she agreed that she had asked me not to purchase but charged me $20 more any way. Lost a good customer.

Salon looked pretty for the holidays. Met Rachel, and she was WONDERFUL! She was so patient and friendly. She asked all the right questions and truly listened! I left loving my cut and color and will DEFINITELY be back to Salon Envy for Rachel!

This was my first time here. I haven’t gotten my hair done in years and Scott did a fantastic job and was very patient with me! Terry was also very pleasant. I will definitely be back and I’ll be referring them to whoever needs their hair done!
