I’ve been going to Salon Diversions since I moved here in 2021 and it’s the best salon I’ve ever gone to. It’s clean, the people are nice, and first and foremost, my hair has gotten me so many compliments over the years. Chandler Stewart is a master of his craft and a great friend in addition. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Life is full of kismet! My friend with Down syndrome asked me to get him a haircut. I called up my favorite salon, Salon Diversions on Royal. Lo and behold, Carrie was an available and specifically trained in working with clients who are neurodiverse and who have exceptionalities! She was great and my friend can’t get over how handsome he feels!

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and they make sure to provide a comfortable and vibrant atmosphere. I was able to do a consult the same day I called to schedule a root touch up with a vivid color service so I could see how much I was looking at spending and then I was able to get in as soon as it worked with my schedule. Chandler made sure he asked and listened to what I wanted, asked me if I had any questions or concerns to which I brought up that I was actually happy with my usual salon but that I had been experiencing some problems with my bleaching services leaving me with super painful scabs. He immediately asked me if I knew what bleach my hair stylist was using and worked to not use the same bleach and used a balancing treatment to avoid the same reaction. I left with incredibly soft, healthy hair with NO REACTION OR SCABS!! I was so happy. Not to mention the color looked amazing and as soon as I walked out of the salon I got two different compliments. I went back for a haircut the next week and he made sure to only cut the split ends and left my hair as long as possible but thinned it out as much as I wanted since it was so thick and I left feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. As if his talent wasn’t enough Chandler is incredibly fun to work with and converse with. The receptionist and all the other stylists I interacted with were also incredibly nice as well. I cannot recommend Salon Diversions enough and I can’t wait to come back.

She saved my day! A really good haircut and a really nice and kind person! She fixed an horrible haircut I had just few minutes before finding this beautiful salon! Unfortunately the maximum number of stars is 5 because a would like to give her a thousand of them!

Amazing stylists no matter which one you choose. Leanne, Jen, Chandler, Chris, Cara, or Carrie, are all really amazing people who are extremely skilled. If you’re out of town and need event hair or you go for regular color or extension work, they will take care of you and provide a great experience.
