My last review was deleted and I honestly don’t see why. I went here because I run a nail business and desperately needed some 80/100 & 100/100 nail files until my big shipment comes in. I went in and was greeted by a cashier with beautiful green/blue hair (I complemented her on it btw). Everything was fine at first however 3min into me browsing the nail shelf the cashier begins hovering over me. It was so uncomfortable that I just didn’t wanna bother going through their polishes. I purchased my 8 files and left. I have no intention on ever returning. It’s bad enough there are no beauty supply stores around but the hovering seems to be a real problem because after reading the reviews this has been an issue for years. That leads me to believe management is the issue. I also noticed the lovely ladies that came in after me with their pale skin had no issues with hovering as they were at the front of the isle while myself and the hovering cashier were at the very back.

Will definitely be back. I was somewhat spectacle of going to Sally beauty because of the mixed reviews I have read regarding to the staff’s approach. But I can honestly say the reviews did not match my experience. I met the nicest lady with blueish green hair (I cannot remember her name). However, she was so helpful and kept checking in on me to assist and assure I knew what I was getting. I will definitely have to come again!

The salespeople are are invasive control freaks. You can’t just walk in and browse. You must talk to the clerk when you enter. I tried just walking by the clerk (she was talking to someone else anyway) and when she saw me pass, she shouted, nearly screamed at me repeatedly and ran down the aisle after me furiously like some kinda psycho. Everyone was staring. I finally complied and told her what I was looking for as a bunch of shoppers watched and listened. It was humiliating to cow to this lowlife and I did not feel free to browse beyond the product I mentioned to her, which I was easily able to find myself. I love the product selection but I will never return to Sally Beauty. With online shopping, I do not have to put up with garbage treatment again. I think they assume everyone is a shoplifter.

I stop in Sally today and the two wonderful ladies that were working was amazing and completely help me out with finding products for my daughter’s hair like I told them my mom been going to Sally’s for many years and my mom was on the phone and said she has NEVER got the help she needed when I was young the way these ladies help me today you guys are amazing and wish I got your guys name you guys are amazing and I will be stopping in more to tell you guys about the products

Really wish they wouldn’t hover so much when I shop. Would be 5 stars if they would. I dye my hair a lot and have bought many colors and products here so I guess it confused me that they seem to think I don’t know what I’m there for. Also had a bad instance where i got home and discovered a tube of dye was half used but they took care of that very well so I’m not mad just warning people to check products before check out
