Recently went to Sally’s for some color supplies for my 76yr old Mom, to try to spruce up her gray hair. The gal who was working that night was friendly enough, but I later found out from a family friend, who used to be regional manager for a major salon chain in the PNW, the suggestions she gave me were way off. So tonight I went to return and exchange what products were left, I was told as soon as I came through the door, “we’re card only, no cash” I asked What? Why,money’s money!? Apparently it’s store policy, so that the girls don’t have to count out their tills after closing. I’ve loved going to Sally’s to get my hair and nail products for years. I was also planning on getting approximately $50 worth of hair care products with the cash I had on me. This might sound petty, but because of the inconvenience of traveling out from the south of town, and it costing me more time and gas, Sally’s just lost my business. I made sure to check prices on what I planned on buying, so I can inform others where the same products are for cheaper, when I find them. Sally’s beauty, MONEY’S MONEY, NO CONVIENCE NO MORE of it from me, and anyone else I know. So far as the complaints about the staff at Sally’s, both times, even though the 1st gal was wrong, were super nice.

I went to this Sally’s a day or two ago and I really needed some helpful advice. My roots had grown out way too far and the health of my hair was a big concern. An employee, Madison, was so kind as to go out of her way to see if I needed help. She them proceeded to help me find a hair dye that matched the one I usually use but was currently out of stock. She helped me get a visual or the texture the dye should be when mixed with water. She showed me an additive and a protein treatment to help with my hair health. Overall she really went way out of her way and answered all my stupid questions in depth and was so nice about it. I was really embarrassed about my hair but she pulled through! Give this girl a raise! Thanks Madison! 💕

I see some of the reviews aren’t so great however, my experience here was pretty good.
I went in on a Friday with all three of my kids. There were at least 4 or 5 other people in the store. The two associates working there got everyone checked out in a nice smooth fashion while also answering questions about products.
I was excited to find 8/10 items I was looking for. The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the store, it’s very small.
Kiddos to the associates.

Went in a couple days ago and the employees were so busy gossiping, they barely had time to stop and ask me if I needed help finding anything. Then last night I went around 7:15 PM and the door was locked and the lights were off, even though the store hours say they’re open until 8. I don’t usually have issues with this store, but I also don’t go very often. I’m not sure what changed this last week, but I am disappointed in my last 2 experiences.

Anna Laura I believe her name is she is a terrible employee she was rude and tryd telling me she could hold the thing I was going to purchase upfront till we were finished shopping and seeing how we were literally done any way I politely told her no thanks she proceeded to riped the item out of my hands and I was so offended I left she needs to be fired no one should ever be treated like that especially when I spend so much money there smh sad loosing business over a stuck up I’ll mannered employee.
