Whoever worked today 2/20 morning shift, She deserves recognition! She helped me pick out products in my price range I wanted and SAVED my hair ! We were afraid the blue green wouldn’t come out of my hair and she recommended the most PERFECT solution to help. She was super sweet and helpful. Made my day !

Went in today after I got my hair cut and I had faded blue green hair. Well the cashier lady came up to me and asked me to if I was finding everything okay and I said yeah I just can’t find the developer for this red brown color. Well she asked if the color was for my hair I said yes I’m canceling the blue out with orange red tones to get back to a neutral color and she told me I needed to strip my hair before I could do that because it wouldn’t work and made me feel stupid cuz my stylist had just told me it would work and this Sally’s cashier just told me that I was gunna make my hair look brown with an ugly green tint to it. Well. Thanks Sally’s lady cuz I didn’t need the strip kit the color cancelation worked. Learn your color wheel before you give your advice.

Went in on lunch break to purchase lashes. I’m A REGULAR customer and a LICENSED stylist. While waiting for my total, my $20 ripped. I asked the cashier for tape. She stood there, along with another cashier, and watched me tape the $20 bill. Once I gave her the money, she looked at it. I said, What’s the problem?. She said, I’m not sure. She said, you can go to the bank ( it’s 1:30pm on a SATURDAY!!) I said, I have to get back to work! They both stood there like 2 DEERS IN HEADLIGHTS!!! I SAID VOID THE TRANSACTION!!! I WILL NOT SHOP THERE ANYMORE!!!! ALL OVER LASHES AND A TORN $20. They DON’T DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!

DO NOT ever exchange from this store! I bought a hair dye product from here and I wanted to exhange it for another. They gave me the hardest time exchanging it and kept telling me lies that I can exchange it for any item I wanted and was trying to make me pay, again. They also said “I did not have enough product left of hair dye” which was a lie because I showed the lady the dye was coming out of the tube still. Just don’t exchange products here!! Horrible Customer Service I will never again shop here.
