Worst service I have ever received!! I debated on whether or not to post this but their work and customer service is so ridiculous that if I can save someone from making the mistake of going to this place, here it is… Zero pride in their work. You are just money in their pockets, nothing more. Zero regard for the client. I am embarrassed to be walking around with these nails. Now, I have to pay double for someone to fix them. Starting off, no greeting from service provider, just started tapping on my leg to get it out of the water so she could get started on the pedicure. They just assumed I wanted the deluxe pedicure without asking (only asked about color). I really just wanted my polish changed but got the basic pedicure. Then, the dip manicure. The dip is so thick, chunky and deformed, it has bubbles and lumps, the color is not what I asked for (they couldn’t match the dip manicure with my toes as they were scrambling to find the correct color, after I specifically asked upon selecting the color if they would be able to match them), they didn’t even cover my entire toe nails with nail posh or top coat, and to top it off they cut the crap out of my nail and skin of my thumb. There’s a chunk missing. The man attempted to fix the polish on the area but just filed the missing chunk even more. Didn’t receive a single apology!! The man acted like it was so normal and the only reason he put some liquid to stop the bleeding was because I vocalized the pain and discomfort. Same mannerism from the man, instead of using his words, he would tap my hand to try to communicate what he wanted. In one instance, he wanted to grab my attention so he shoved my chair. When he was finished, he asked me to wash my hands and then disappeared. I had to ask if I was done with my service. I was so angry, I will not be returning!!! They should be ashamed of the way they run business. As a service provider myself, they are a prime example of what a business should not be. The employees are disrespectful (I understand it’s a different culture and language but that’s no excuse!), careless and sloppy.

Not to mention there was a small child there from what seemed to be from one of the employees, with zero supervision. At one point the little girl was fully nude in front of clients. I could not be making this up. If that child happens to get into the wrong cabinet, comes in contact with unsafe liquids or tools, they will have a lot of regrets. DO BETTER!!

My mom and I just had the greatest experience at Saigon Nails. They took extra care of our nails, legs, and feet! They really take their time to give massages and everyone is super friendly. Tracey painted beautiful flowers in my mom’s nails. I messed my nail polish up on the way out and they took the time to fix it even though they were very busy. We had such a great experience here and can’t wait to come back!

Tracey is the BEST! Very happy with my pedicure and gel manicure. She was sweet, attentive, and gave an excellent massage. Tracey also cleaned up my dry cuticles better than anyone ever has. She’s my new nail girl!!

Tracy does an exceptional job at my nails every time. She takes the time to perfect every step of my manicure and pedicure. Today I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure with acrylic overlay. Go see her if you want your nails done beautifully.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! A child could do better than this. I came here for a gel manicure and asked for a yellow French tip with chrome. I normally go to a salon in Tucson, but my nail tech left out of town last minute.

I would never come here again. From the moment I arrived to when I left they were rushing to do pedicures and manicures on every customer. The young girl that did mine seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing whatsoever. My nails were not even the same shape or length by the end of it. My natural nails were so healthy and long and she botched them. I cried when I left, because I’ve never had an experience so bad. To make it worse I was leaving on vacation the day after and spent the night filling the hell out of my fingers to get it off. I asked them to remove it before I left and they said they didn’t have time because they were closing soon. I tried going to another salon nearby to have it removed but they couldn’t fit me in. I would rate this place zero stars if that’s possible. What was more insulting is that one of the nail techs asked to see my nails as I walked out and said “beautiful”….
