great place for russian manicures, very clean and professional. went here for my first one a year ago and toggle between this location / midtown.

like any place, some of the finer details and working style of the technicians differ – some are diligent in confirming every step, others you may need to communicate with more — overall everyone does a great job and only once did i have a so-so experience. definitely make sure you understand their policies re cancel, changes and customer satisfaction — i learned early on and it helped knowing if anything arose.

this is my most recent manicure, which i loved. obsessed w the whole manicure type with cuticles clean and nails unbreakable — obsessed and fan for life.

I’ve been coming to Russian Nails Downtown since April and every time I come I have a great experience. I love that the atmosphere is relaxing, they use new nail tools every time, and they have so many colors to choose from. Russian manicures has been a game changer for the health of my nails. Before my nails used to break often. But since I’ve changed to Russian manicures, my nails are stronger and healthy. Ask for Jessica for your next appointment!

This was the most attentive and detailed manicure I’ve ever had. Slava was my technician and she did a thorough consultation with me and immediately noticed and asked if my skin is usually quite sensitive (I’m a pale redhead, so yes it is). She’s listed as a top technician, and the price reflected that, but it definitely felt fairly priced in how she explained everything her attention to detail. I’m from Boston and don’t come down very often but when I do come back I will be visiting again! My usually oddly shaped and brittle nails have never looked better or felt stronger.

one of the best nail salons in nyc. very clean and meticulous work. very grateful for their grace period and being so accommodating. however service/manicure quality can vary based on the tech you book with, to be transparent. I had too much skin removed during a pedicure and ended up having to spray antiseptic on my toes for almost 2 weeks into my vacation due to the cuts. wish there was more pricing transparency on their website regarding the price of designs/nail art.
