Worst manicure I’ve ever had unfortunately.

I used to be a regular here years ago, sadly the place has drastically changed. When I walked in there were no customers and only one technician (plus the owner or manager guy).

The technician herself was very sweet and quiet, however the service she provided was terrible. She was very messy and didn’t wear a smock, constantly dusted everything off on her pants. It took an hour for her to just take off my gelx, and after that I got a regular gel manicure which was incredibly uneven (like bumpy because it wasn’t smoothed out) and unclean. When my service was finished, my hands were worse off than when I came in. There was residue glue/gel left under and around my nails.

The pictures are after I already peeled off a lot of the residue.

Got a pedicure for the first time ever here and it was so good and efficient and the guy that did my nails was so funny and was giving great advice. I have yet to have my nails done as well as they were done here with him. I ended up bringing my mom to get her nails done for the first time ever too and the girl was very detailed and nice with her despite my mom not speaking much English.

First I hadn’t been here since last year. I called, made appt and came in. I noticed it was slow for a Sat and the plants were all gone. The stylist did a good job however after 1.5 hours, I put my shoes on and my big toe polish got messed up. I’m assuming it didn’t dry.
While checking out, I asked the gentleman if he was the new owner and he seemed quite irritable about my inquiry. He just said “when’s the last time you were here” and never did answer me.
It’s ALL about customer service. You want repeat customers you need to engage and be friendly.
Lastly it was after hours and I filled out the contact form on their website with my polish complaint….and after 3 days haven’t heard back.

I walked in to the salon to get a mani and pedi for a special event I had that evening. When they sat me down I told them I wanted a French manicure. No one asked me what color, whether clear, pink, beige etc. While they were working on my feet the man was being really rough and the pedicure was actually pretty painful. It was the same with my manicure. He would cut the cuticle too much and cause me pain. When I told them it was painful, they were very dismissive about it. Then they started painting my French and they were using a clear color. I told them I wanted it pink and they said they can’t do that unless I do gel, which is unheard of! The man was then extremely rude to me and being very dismissive. on top of all of that he did an awful job on my nails and it was extremely expensive! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Second picture is the following day. My cuticles are destroyed and my fingers are in pain. All the polish is chipping! Ugh! I’m so upset!

I got a pedicure here today for my bday and the whole experience was fantastic!! Since I was treating myself I went all out and got the Volcano Spa and it was well worth it. Started off fizzy, delicious orange scent, exfoliation, massage, hot stone. I got regular paint since I’m not into gel. The guy, Young, I think was his name, did a great job. I’m feeling so relaxed and my feet are so smooth right now! I was offered water and tried vietnamese coffee while I was there. They have a menu where you can pick complimentary drinks which I thought was a nice touch. On top of everything, the service was friendly. I’ll definitely be going back!!
