Noble Reality
My wife and I went here for pedicures and she got (her nails done). Walking in things seemed to be ok, but quickly got weird. The guy doing lashes refused to satisfy a lady and proceeded to argue and tell her not to come back smh.Aside from that, the lady that did my pedicure, which is a process I’m familiar with, scrubbed my feet a little bit and put polish on so fast I didn’t know she was done. To make matters worse, she didn’t tell me she was done, she just went and sat in a chair across from me and got on social media. I had to ask if she was done. My wife is sitting next to me, we were both confused. When asked why I didn’t get the services advertised, I was told she did provide the service . Then of course they began speaking their language, which I think is rude when u were just speaking to a customer in English. There was a sense of disrespect and lack of customer service, topped with ppl having dialogue in a foreign language, that’s clearly about us. It was HORRIBLE!!!!

I’ve been coming here since I was 16. Kim does the best waxed eyebrows. Can get super busy on weekends so come on a weekday if you can. It’s good work on the nails and okay for the price, but don’t expect it to last too long.

Super rude staff, and they charge you for everything!! (From getting your nails shaped to paying with a credit card.) The young guy was incredibly rude pressuring me to get gel on top of acrylic saying that my nails wouldn’t last and would fall off if I didn’t get both.
Would not recommend anyone going there.

I pass by Ruby nails every day and I’m thrilled that I finally gave them a shot. I unexpectedly needed to leave town and was unable to get into any of my normal nail salons at the last minute but they were able to fit me in right away! I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of my nail tech but she was incredibly fast and gave me exactly what I asked for. I couldn’t be happier with my nails and I’ll absolutely be back.
