Have been going here for years, and I don’t normally write reviews, however the last two times I’ve gone Nina and Tyler have both been rude and aggressive while doing my nails. To top that, they’ve increased the price without saying anything before hand.
…I’ve spoken to two other clients of theirs and they have said the same thing.
Guess I’ll find a new nail salon in town.

I came in for a dip set around 5pm with an appointment and the woman who did my nails was rushing through it and was so rough it was painful most of the time and she cut my skin with the drill. She was not friendly at all which made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t get even close to the color I asked for (pictures of what I asked for and what I got). I definitely felt like an inconvenience and not a customer, very disappointed

Nina ALWAYS does a wonderful job on my nails! I drive almost an hour to Ruby’s because I’m that happy with everything and everyone there. They make me feel welcome.

If I could give zero stars I would. No greeting or conversation, just soo rude to me and awkward silence ,the whole place was just uncomfortable and awkward, they acted like I was just a bother and inconvenience, I was soo disappointed, I’m not from here and I wanted to treat myself. I’m used to upbeat friendly ,lively places and the nails were nothing special, she rushed through and scraped me with the file and didn’t even say sorry. She kept pulling on my fingers to probably loosen them up but I was soo uncomfortable. She didn’t even ask if the length was ok , if I liked them Nothing, just rude and silent like I was bothering her day..I will never come back, I will drive to Fort Worth!

I went in to get a fill and fix from the terrible set I had put on at a different salon. They were quick to sit me down and get started. Holly was the lady who did my nails and she made them look so good. She even made my dry cuticles look amazing. She was quick and awesome. I love the job she did. I will definitely be going back and asking for her. Normally when I get my nails done I can always see some kind of flaw or something that doesn’t look right but this time, there is not one thing I saw. All of my nails look great and fresh. I’m excited to go back and get another fill! I highly recommend this place. Everyone was very nice.
