My nails are beautiful!! Exactly what I requested, pearl chrome and took me on short notice! I have been traveling Europe for several weeks and my nails needed a desperate refresh. BEST NAILS EVER! better than USA!

Do NOT go here!!! I had the worst experience ever. Very aggressive, very rude, very unprofessional and do not listen to their clients. Lied about disinfecting their tools and did completely opposite of what I wanted. Got irritated because I confronted him 😖 just look at my nails 🤣 I would recommend “girly beauty lounge” which is almost 200m from ruby.

I have had good experiences here, but unfortunately not consistent. I’ve never had a problem with the manicures I got and I wouldn’t have posted this if I didn’t have to pay full price, but there is a large gash on my big toe from a botched pedicure. The experience was very unpleasant and I couldn’t relax the entire time. Unfortunately, hours later it still bleeds. I will not return.

They were so nice and professional! Prices are reasonable, their work is amazing. The nails turned out incredible, I’m so happy I went! Chairs are so comfortable, staff speaks German and they also understand English (they make the effort to make you feel comfortable), you can pay by cash or PayPal. They really took the effort to make my nails look amazing. I recommend this place so much!

I really didn’t want to write a review as I feel guilty to rate the work of people who are not getting paid enough. Nevertheless I was cut on 3 fingers one of them very badly. The color of old set was not fully removed and one can see it from sides (looks pretty ugly)

Their didn’t gently push the cuticles but went in directly with the scissor very carelessly.

I had my own nails underneath and was there for my monthly session and did ask to shorten my nails 3 times but the colleague didn’t do it. And also filled most of my own nail away without asking which this really broke my heart.

I love pointy nails but the corners were so sharp I could hurt myself, I asked the colleague to smoothen it a bit, they refused. (Had to do it at home myself)

Also the design I asked for was very different from what they managed to deliver (it’s not that important to me honestly) as long as I feel listened to I sincerely don’t care about the design as I respect the time and effort they put into their art.

Unfortunately at the end I just wanted to leave there. I hope they work on my critiques above and deliver better quality.

PS: there is a super cute dog there which is a super lovely thing about this place.
