Good for kid manicures. I came here for Russian manicure and the first two times I was serviced the cuticle work was great (though I was nicked every time). I had a different girl each visit. My last visit was with the owner and she is incredibly nice. After we were done, my freshly manicured nails were gorgeous. However a few days later the rubber gel was lifting somehow? And so now my nails are unpresentable and I will not be going back to try and let her fix them. On top of that, she upped the price I paid every time. First time I paid was 55 without tip. 2nd time was 65 without tip. Third time was 75 without tip. And you wanna know what’s weird? To book an appointment for this place you need to go to their instagram page and place down a 22.5$ deposit. My first two visits the deposit was accounted with the price I was quoted. So all in all the first time I got my nails done I paid 55 without tip and the down payment was included, and the 2nd time all in all was 65 without tip and the deposit was included. The most recent time I paid 75 ON TOP of the 22.5$ deposit. You know what this means? The manicure I paid for ended up being nearly 100$ without tip. I still tipped of course. But I honestly feel like I’ve been cheated… and by the owner no less. It’s crazy she was hyping up her own work during my session (as she should be because she’s been doing nails for 40 years) but the result was that of a rookie… and I only say this because the nails didnt even last 3 days. 3 days=3 stars

I’ve been here before, and it was definitely worth coming back. The store name is representative of how you’ll be treated here. The service is professional, friendly, and respectful. Renee is the store owner and is very proud of how her store looks – she decorated it. The salon chairs are beautiful, soft, cushy seats that look like thrones. The atmosphere continues with the royal theme with beautiful chandeliers and candelabras, pink velvet upholstery, and even a royal carriage covered in faux fur and flowers.

The store is very kid friendly, having special seating for those young princesses looking for some pampering and polish. Songs from popular children’s films are played for that musical element to make things extra fun. But, these songs are well-known and appreciated by adults too, so this environment works well for all ages. Adult music was played once the kiddos left, so if kids’ songs are not your thing, there is something for you too.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Renee and quickly made comfortable while I waited for my turn. I was even offered a bit of wine (red or white). Note: I do not have any experience in drinking, so I cannot say whether or not it was high end or not, but I don’t think that is really relevant to the overall experience. Being offered wine is just golden.

My nail technician, Lariiyaa, who gave me my pedicure, was very conscientious about asking me, every step of the way, what my preferences were in nail length, cut-style, etc. She was exceptional in her care. I really enjoyed her overall attitude of professionalism, friendliness, and desire to please me and make this a great experience. She took the time to explain what she was doing too, which is important to me since I have neuropathy and sensations are often confusing. When I needed a rest, she was very accommodating and worked on my other foot for awhile.

I know many people are often worried about how sterile a nail salon is, and some people have even had bad experiences with nail fungus resulting from unsanitary conditions and tools, but I can assure you that this nail salon is very clean and ensures there will NOT be any foot diseaes passed between clients. I tend to be a “germ-a-phobe” and even I was impressed and felt confident in this being a very safe salon for nail care.

Saw them on instagram false advertisement! Called said the girls would be able to do activities. when we show up , the girls are already getting yelled at what they can or can’t touch ! (Yelled) adults get offered wine (red or white) we said yes , NEVER got any . Had people litterally on our tails waiting for our service to be over just staring at us because they were short staffed I get it but don’t make appointments at the same time then and you won’t have people piled up! 🙂 it was very uncomfortable. Girls got nails done and no activities done , which I was told over the phone they would get! I was ready to get out of there nasty attitude by the boss lady who by the way smelled like cigarettes, while working with kids!! The staff girls were very nice and trying their best but over all renne is it do better.

Extremely good service!! Renee is awesome. My gel manicure hasn’t come off for weeks now, she did such a great job with my nails.

Gorgeous looking spot, but we had the most frustrating experience with them. The first day we called and were told there was a big party and to come after 6. We arrived at 7 and were told that the staff was allowed to go home early because they had a really tough day. The owner apologized and told us to come back tomorrow and that they would give us a big discount. Tomorrow rolls around, we call again, only to be told they are too busy and to text them at 3:30 to see if there are any availabilities. We text them, and got fully ghosted.

Any one of these things on their own wouldn’t frustrate me (Heck, I even appreciate looking out for your employees) enough to write a review, but the lack of proper communication really messed up our whole weekend. If we were just told “no we’re busy” from the start, we would have made other plans and moved on with our lives. Instead, we were left to wonder why we weren’t just given an explicit time and reservation to begin with.
