I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I love the service they give! I moved to New York a few years ago but each time I’m in town I make sure to stop by and treat myself. Kelly did an amazing job on my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend coming here 🙂

It really hurts during the nail design (my finger got hurt after that), and the half of diamonds fall down after only 1 day. The after customer service is pretty bad, the front desk, the people working there and the boss. After we paid, they no longer cared how you fell and didn’t take any responsibility to fix the issue. All they say are they are busy, they can’t help us. They are aware of the issue, but just won’t provide any help, and even argued when customer are unhappy, unsatisfied about their services. I feel really bad about the this store and 100% won’t recommend. If you want to spend more than $100 just to get angry, this will be the perfect store to go. Also they by default charged you at leaset 20% tip which seems to be so ironic considering their service.

I have already found customers who had the same bad experience as me in the Google reviews. I had painful and problematic nails because of the poor technique of this store. When I went to their store to ask about it, their staff members yelled at me. This store not only charges too much, but also has a very bad service attitude! Being busy can never be a reason to yell at customers. It doesn’t make sense to me that only the customers who are getting their nails done are customers, but those who have paid for nails that you have broken are not treated fairly as customers. I will never go back to your store to get my nails done, and I will never recommend them to anyone around me! Bad technique, poor service, that’s why your Google rating is so low and you have so many bad reviews!

Clean, bright white and tidy spa lounge where you could manicure, pedicure and waxing service.

All the staff are kind, polite and friendly.

They are all super gentle and did not rush at all.

The price is on the medium to high side, you are looking at about $100 per person.

I love Royal Spa and would highly recommend it! Every person is detail oriented and does a great job on gel manis. Their scented pedicures are great. It’s clean and everyone is so so nice.

SECOND UPDATE THEY RESPONDED: First of all I was seated there for long time even though I had an “appointment”, you had no time for me from the beginning, The owner was yelling at me, and when I refused for you to just paint over them and make them messy, she walked away from me with an attitude , and I was still sitting there for another 15 minutes waiting for a ride, I did NOT walk away. LIARS. All of this because of a bad manicure they cannot afford to fix.You guys are terrible and cheap.

UPDATE: I got my nails done last Friday and today is Wednesday it hasn’t even been a week and my nails are already starting to break. Kim is really bad every time she does my nails they start breaking after a week. Keep in mind those are acrylic nails, they should last from 3-4 weeks.

Terrible place been coming here for long time. I ask for a specific color for the paint and the design, they make it two separate colors, and can’t even fix it for me. They rescheduled me to come back and fix it, and when I get here they say they have no time to fix it and will only paint over it . Terrible customer service will never come back again. They treat their customers badly. Over charge for designs. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Owner was yelling at me because she couldn’t do what I asked for.
