Since management has changed, I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. I don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment for me to be waiting for 20 minutes on an empty chair with barely any communication. I drive 25 minutes to get there, and If I can be on time from across town they can at least communicate why I’m waiting for my appointment to even begin. I will not be returning. They clearly don’t want my business. Service sucks. Found a better more attentive nail shop who is actually worth it. And you guys at the nail salon quote everyone 15 minutes. Like I stated it was already 20 minutes. Regardless you guys suck. I think you guys aren’t aware what 15 minutes actually is.

Under new ownership! I have gone to these people for years and now they have their own shop. Great atmosphere! Beautiful shop! Very calming! They do an amazing job!

My friend and I went for the whole shabang and Mindy, Kim, Emma, and Abby treated us so well. They took their time, did a fantabulous job, and we had lots of laughs throughout it all. We’ve been looking for our regular spot and I’m pretty sure we have found it here!!!
