I’ve been going to Cyn consistently for about 6 months now and love it. I always get dip on my nails and they tend to chip when I go other places. Cyn is the best and they last so long. She even stayed late when I came in last minute to get my nails done. Highly recommend this place.

Overcharging. I paid 90$ for French tip full set.. nail tech “ Tommy” #4 did great job.. he takes his time.

Toe nail gel polish is 15$. I did not have any polish on for my finger nails or toenails when I came in.

I went to Royal Nail today. They removed the nail polish and saw that four of my nails had fungus. I was told that moisture was on my nails during the preparation which caused fungus. I expected that they owned up to their mistake but no, I still had to pay for removing the acrylic $15.00. Good customer service would have been no charge and an apology. Had to pay $15 for acrylic removal and more to purchase items to get rid of fungus.

I’ve been going to Royal Nails for almost a year and it’s a nice nail salon. My nail tech when I first started going there was Nina. I have not had great experiences with Nina, one because her work doesn’t hold up very well and two because of her attitude. My last appointment with her she cut the nail beds on a few of my fingers and was unapologetic about it. She had an attitude because I asked her to shape my nails a certain way. When she done she got up from the table and walked away with nothing to say. She was just rude!!!
However my most recent experience was with Monica today and she did an excellent job! Very nice personality and my nails turned out perfect!! I will continue to go to Monica from here on our!

I’ve been coming here since May of last year, 2022. I ride motorcycles and I happen to be motorcycle mechanic with natural long nails/hair.

This will be the fourth Asia owned nail Salon in this area that I will be walking away from.
For this simple reason, THESE PPL, CANNOT KEEP THEIR HANDS OUT OF MY HAIR!!!!

Dec. 30, after having one tech cut my hand while removing S&S nail powder, knowingly she submerged my hands in acetone with a fresh cut. The next tech, move me to her section, only to place her stupid hands in my head. I am an African-American woman with naturally long hair and long nails, it offends me when people put their hands in my head without asking.

I’ve continued to patronize this place even after waiting over two hours without being told they were without water, a couple of months prior. However this time it’s unacceptable I will not be returning for services.

Being a business owner of a number of businesses myself; I’m over unprofessional- business owners- doing the most, and having complications during the bare minimum of the service/ services they provide.

Prior to this, I thought they were better, over looking a number of their short comings… yet, I will not be over looking this!
Having four different Asian owned nail salons in Pooler with their hands in my hair… this is where I draw the line. Spending nearly $200 each visit; I’m so over you all!
