Very disappointed. First I came in as a walk in yesterday and didn’t seem like she wanted to do my nails. Then rushed threw them didn’t ask what shape I wanted and they are uneven and she broke one off when she was almost done and with out fixing it the right way she just super glued it back on.

Been going to Nancy for years. Love her. Great sense of humor and does a fabulous job on my nails! Jess is great as well.
They’ve never made me bleed and if something goes wrong (me being rough or stupid on my nails) they fix it no problem.
For those of you who create drama for these ladies go away!! Karma will get you!

I went to Royal Nails, for the first time today. I got Nancy, for my new Full Set of Acrylic overlays. I made an appointment for four o’clock,& had maybe a ninety second wait, before being taken.
She listened to my needs,& made a recommendation for what she thought would work best for my job and activity level. My nails look beautiful,& I will absolutely go back for my refill!
Love my nails even more the 2nd time, for the refill! With my pictures, keep in mind that I requested very very short nails, it’s my preference.
