My husband gave me a gift certificate to Royal nails. Just left my pedicure. Very disappointed. For $55 dollars she basically trimmed my nails, rubbed a file on my heals, slapped some paint on and shoved me out the door. I arrived with flowers on my big toes, asked for new ones, but left without! She did one half rub of lotion on my legs….just the front of my shins!! In and out in 20 minutes at the cost of $55. She cut my skin twice, and my nails are oddly shaped! I will ask that if he gifts me another pedicure, that it be elsewhere!!!!! What a rip off!!

VERY INADEQUATE nail technicians and the unacceptable customer service in general. I’d highly recommend reading all of the reviews before going here. The one star reviews do matter. I had gel nails done there on three separate occasions and each time they were done very poorly, at best. The only reason I went back, was to try different technicians, hoping they’d be better because they were close to my home, although that didn’t seem to matter. Absolutely NO attention to detail, VERY sloppy work, and they rush to get you out out to move in to the next client. My last visit there was the worst, gel nails curled up at the cuticle area and good portion of my nails chipped within a four couple days. When they were doing my nails I noticed the gel was on my skin (when looking at them when they were under the UV light), the gel was glowing so you could easily see it was all over my skin by my cuticles, that was the first clue. That’s what caused the curling up of the gel and poor application was the cause of chipping by my nail tips. I asked them about it and was told ‘no,no, no’ that won’t cause any issues, but after a few days it was obvious it was an issue. Their answer to the sloppy work is telling you you need to upgrade to powder nails as a solution, and pay for it. I had to have them removed right away because I couldn’t stand touching anything without getting my nails caught in everything (my nails were snagging on things constantly). Very irritating. In addition to that, their Customer Service is really very poor. Save your money and frustration and go to a reputable salon in the area, you won’t regret not going to Royal Nails.

I stopped in here to get a fill and I thought they did a great job! Tammy did my nails and she was super nice and she did the length and shape perfectly. Great prices too only $25! I’ll be coming back for sure.

Terrible experience. He tried to PEAL off my gel polish instead of soaking it or using a file and then left me twice. Once to answer a phone call and once to touch up a pedicure. I had to ASK him to make my nails the same length and at the end he used alcohol on the nails and took off the clear coat giving them all a sticky and matte look and feel. I used a clear coat when I got home because I’d rather do that then go back. Do not recommend. No stars.
