i went in with an appointment and still had to wait some time once i was helped i told the guy what i wanted and he got to work don’t get me wrong i like the color and the design but he made all but one nail bleed all my fingers hurt after and i had to deal with the bleeding for a few hours after because it would not stop. i was very unhappy with the pain and blood. it was very painful as he was doing my nails also. don’t recommend this place at all.
edit: i’m now on day two and my fingers hurt so bad i can’t hardly do anything i think some of my fingers are infected…

They always make time for me! I ‘ve walked in and I’ve made appointments, they are very accommodating! Tiffany always tells me hello, and asks me if I would like something to drink, never have I left there felling less than satisfied! I’ve been other places, and I just have to return because it’s like coming home there, and you are always welcome. Best place I have found in the Bloomington /Normal area!

Greatest place in Bloomington/Normal to get your nails done and other services they provide. They are always very professional and personal. Always wanting to make sure you are happy with services provided. During these difficult times with COVID they are doing everything they can to keep their business safe for them as well as their customers. I’ve been going there for 15 years and not 1 time have I left unsatisfied. Give them a try you will love them as much as I do.

I have had my nails done at several places, and for the powder (dip) nails, this place does beautiful work. I like a combination of colors on each hand and they probably think I am crazy but they are very accommodating. The owner may come a roess as a bit gruff, but he knows his stuff and gave me the best dipped manicure I have had. I have had another lady do them too and they are equally as beautiful. I can do ANYTHING in these nails. Quality work, for sure! I have had the dipped nails from other places look bulky and chip off, NOT these. Going back tonight for another great design.

I called and scheduled 4 manicures and 4 pedicures but they only had 3 nail techs (which wasn’t a huge deal) but we would’ve liked to all get pedicures at the same time. They rushed all of the services and the massage was aweful. I asked for a ombre dip manicure and it turned out aweful. I was so embarrassed but luckily they fell off in a week. Worst nail service I’ve ever received in my life.
