The worst experience ever. The nail tech Jenny did a horrible job on my nails and did not want to refund me my money and during the process she did not notice all the mistakes I pointed out and she laughed and attempted to fix it but did nothing just make it worse. The next day my nails chipped. Please do not go here and save yourself the money. I have never been so disappointed in my nails.

I’ve tried several places around town, but my experience at Royal Nails was the best by far! They were attentive without being overbearing. They took care in the process of doing my acrylic nails and pedicure. They made sure they have me what I wanted, not just what they wanted to do. I am so happy with how my nails turned out! I will be coming back for sure!

I wish I could give a zero, every time I come it’s always something. However, today was a disaster😡. My nail tech was “Nana” after making an appointment for a fill and 2 pedicures upon arriving we waited 30mins. My daughter’s pedicure was nice but as for my fill TERRIBLE job & customer service. First off, she couldn’t get my shape correct so I ended up with extremely short nails, not what I came with nor wanted. I had a nail that needed repair she overlooked it and my gel polish was rushed. I had a French tip with color, it wasn’t dried properly so when see applied the clear coat my color bled over the clear coat. She didn’t correct herself in fact she kept painting ignoring the mistake so my left hand is ruined. Aa for the nail needing repair it shows through the clear coat & when I mentioned it her solution was to paint a glitter coat over. I asked for the manager or owners information she gave a fake number. And charged my card the wrong amount & refused to make the correction 😡😡Although I live within walking distance the convenience is not worth it. I will never go back.
