I’m still trying to figure out why a basic pedicure and dip nails cost $99!!!! The pedicure wasn’t great. He had sharp nails that kept poking my skin and hurt. Clumps in paint job. Polish on skin. Messy. Water wasn’t warm. Even if it’s a basic it should still feel nice and look great. It wasn’t and doesn’t. The lady beside me told the guy over and over that she didn’t have gel polish on her toes and he continued to use tool. She finally said No and pulled her foot away. The mani was better and my nails look good but there was still color all over my skin. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years but I think I’m finished. Very disappointed and broke!

I have been going here for over a year now and I leave happy every time. I get the dip gel and the prices are reasonable, the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is always relaxed. I am super in love with my set that I just got today and I think that they did a lovely job 🙂

The pedicure experience was okay but when it was time to do my nails she barely put on primer which makes the nails last(I’m a nail tech so I know) then she didn’t finish shaping or filing before trying to polish. Mind you the nails have already started to lift before I even left the facility and had the audacity to charge 295$ for basically nothing. Now I’m not just here to bash anyone but you can’t take someone’s money and slap something on their hands.

THE WORST PLACE TO GO! I asked for a specific kind of nails and they did the exact opposite and didn’t fix it. I paid for tips and it doesn’t even look like I have any. I asked for French (pink and white), uneven, and it looks like 2007/2008 nails. I can’t believe they thought this was acceptable for a customer to walk out like this. Will not be coming back and wish I could give this place negative stars

I don’t know if it was just the nail tech I got, but this was one of the worst tip and dip I’ve ever gotten. Everything about it is is messy. The shape is different and uneven on every nail. The dip is so uneven the nails look wavy. There is stuff underneath the tip and glue sticking to my skin. This used to be my go to place but I don’t think I’ll come back.
