I usually have a great experience but today was the break of that. I had a gentleman this time around, was not friendly. Acted annoyed of me and my two girls who also got their nails painted. When getting a pedicure he made my toe bleed, not even a sorry nothing. Then when I show and tel what I wanted, always get the same color, and they did clear instead. Which shows my nails still dirty underneath and all the bumps from dust. >:( so sad bc I go there for self care, not to be seen as a quick buck . 120 and I was very disappointed

Just had my nails done at Royal for the first time in about a month and just like aways it was a decent experience. I get it, as a walk-in there’s some wait time which honestly I appreciate to figure out what I want, but it probably wasn’t more than 15mins. The tech complemented on the previous nail design which I admitted to getting in Rapid City but I can’t drive 6hrs just to get my nails done everytime. Showed her a reference pic and she matched it the best of her abilities and I am quite pleased. I enjoy my time there. Not everyone does and I guess it just goes with your experience.

All of the employees have been very nice to me! I have had Tammy do my nails a few times now and she is amazing. She really cares about her work and gives me tips through the manicure on why the method she uses lasts so long. I never get any cracks in my Dip when she does my nails and they feel very strong. I added a picture of my nails she did, obviously I am going into re do them since I have let them grow out. These are my real nails😍

Had a very nice experience today getting my nails done I got a full set and they were very professional and nice! I love my nails and would definitely go back again!
