Really let down by my french nail manicure. It’s chalky looking, like paint is old, has rough parts where if I run my other fingers over the top I get poked. The paint doesn’t even go to the tip of my nail in some places. I’ve done better on myself at home and I don’t do this for a living. I came here a few times when they first opened and loved it, but I think it’s time to move on. It’s bright and loud inside. Prefer to be able to relax when getting nail treatment. …and yes, I tried to say something about the nail job but she didn’t speak English so I gave up.

I ask for glitter acrylic nails in a like pink color then the nail tech Rose said how about I do this glitter gel, I assume they were out of the acrylic powder I ask for , so I agree come to find out when I paid I was charged $50 for acrylic and a additional $20 for the gel. I wish I was told before hand about the up charge instead of being trick. I did not like my nail shape as well but I just paid , tipped $10 and left because I don’t like to complain however I would not go back.

I’ve been coming to Royal Luxe Nail Spa for over a year now. I have consistently had a great experience! It’s very cute inside. I’m not a very good planner and they are almost always able to get me in for a walk-in. I’ve also tried several of the nail techs, including Mickey, Hannah and Daniel, and they are all very friendly. Daniel did my leopard printed nails today.
