Iv been going to Halei for three years now and I’m never disappointed! She always does a great job! Especially with blonde hair 👱🏻‍♀️

It was my first time getting my hair dyed. Of course, I knew-not what to expect and trusted my hair with Halei Warren. I have natural dark brown hair and wanted it platinum blonde (as demonstrated in the 3rd picture I attached). However, this is not at all what I received.. clearly. “I’ve spent money and hours upon hours for classes throughout my career so I’m not able to go back and fourth with you on how to do color and highlights.. thank you for your business.” She’s 21, unexperienced and doesn’t even know what she’s applying to her customers’ hair. “I’m not sure what chemicals are in this bleaching/dying mix.. hydrogen peroxide?” She clearly hasn’t a clue of the Science behind the bleaching, hair coloring process, didn’t know what I was talking about when I mentioned “oxygen” being incorporated into the dying reaction (process) and how it affects the final product (I am a chemist). But she does care about upselling hair products and posting your before and after hair care results on Instagram. Seek an older, more experienced hair stylist. Don’t waste your money ($225).

I’ve been going to this salon for 3 years. I’ve seen Halei Coleman each service. She’s made a few mistakes here and there that I was willing to look over. Unfortunately she’s really messed up recently. I paid a large amount of money to go from blonde to plain black which did not even last 2 full washes. Within 10 days of my service my hair completely turned a red/brown color. When I reached out to Halei she responded by stating it was not her fault and required I pay full price again. I was blamed for simply washing my hair using the methods she gave me. She was unwilling to remedy her problem and texted me messages that were wildly unprofessional. I was even blamed for every mistake she ever made by saying I decided I didn’t like my hair after my appointments which is wildly untrue. I’ve had to go back to her after numerous appointments for her to fix her mistake. She took offense to my shock by being asked to pay her again for something she could not even do right the first time. After paying her thousands of dollars you’d thing that she would be willing to take $150 to the chin to keep me as a client to where she would have made 10x that amount of money off of me as I would have continued to see her. She unfortunately does not have the savvy mind of a good business woman. She sent over the formula she used for my hair during her tantrum in texts to which I found out she never originally even used black like I asked and instead used a dark brown which perfectly explained why my hair wasn’t black…. I hope she one day grows up to the woman she thinks she is and takes accountability for her actions.

Halei was amazing. The customer service was amazing. She did full head highlights, and i am getting extensions soon so i will definitely be going back. I’m very pleased with my experience.

My hair was a mess and Ross and Lisa made it look awesome! I’m so glad I went there. Would like to make it a habit.
