I’ve been to this nail salon 2 times before she started saying “I don’t have time to do your nails . Mind you there is only 1 person sitting in the chair and she is doing their nails . The place in always empty I’ve never seen another nail tech besides her mom . Rosie keeps saying everytime I’ve called or pulled up tat she doesn’t have time to do nails . The salon is always open and once again never busy !!!!!!! I understand if it was but in that case it’s never busy . If she is only taking appointments EVERYDAY she needs to make that a note on the door !!! . I’ve been very unsatisfied with the service of ROSIE NAILS

Horrible customer service!! I went in for a manicure (bc it’s a nail shop right?)… Only one customer was in the shop, she has to call someone from the back to greet me. I ask for a manicure, Rosie says “we don’t have a public restroom”… Clearly I didn’t ask for the restroom, once again I asked and received the same response. Finally another lady comes and asks if I can wait a while, don’t go to this place!!

The worst service ever I traveled in from Orlando this was the first nail shop I stopped at I literally walked in there was only 3 Nails techs. After one of the nail technicians was finished with his customer he told me that I needed to wait for his sister to finish she would be right with me only after having the first nail technician that was available when I walked in the door to tell me that she had someone on the way to the to the shop and she could not take care of me and I had a choice to sit and wait for however long it would take for the sister to finish with her current client. The only reason I stayed and was because I didn’t have time to go to all the other million nail salons located in Montgomery there’s one on every corner I was pressed for time and did not have time to go anywhere else this is the absolute most horrible MESS I have ever seen in my life! Not to mention this guy finished his client tells me to wait on his sister walks out the front door comes back in walk to the back comes back up sits at his station and proceeded to call the customer and tell them about an iPad that he is working on gives them the results and begins to sit there and watch a tutorial I have never seen anything like this a day of my life! Love Rosie Nails! Ms Rosie has been doing my nails and pedicures for years! She is really good and her daughter Rosie is also good!

I went to this place of business, and was the first customer, the nail tech told me they didn’t have time. So I left and went to Moon Nails, they were very nice!
