I’ve been a loyal customer at Rose Salon for about three years, but my experiences have significantly declined over time. Initially, I gave them a pass despite contracting toenail fungus, which required medication from my doctor. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance.

Unfortunately, they have raised their prices twice and started charging an additional $5 for short-medium nail shapes, which are industry standard. My most recent visit solidified my decision to find a new salon. I switched to regular polish on my acrylics due to ongoing dissatisfaction with their gel polish quality. The gel polish often had acetone added and was put in a shaker machine, diminishing its quality.

To add to the frustration, I was told there would be another $5 charge to “soak off the gel to switch.” As these are acrylic nails, soaking off isn’t necessary; the polish should be filed off during the fill. They insisted the charge was for switching polishes from gel to regular.

The final straw was the poor quality of my manicure yesterday and it apoears my fungus has returned on 2 of my toenails. Add in the sides of my nails were left unpolished, and the overall appearance looked amateurish. I paid $45 for a fill with regular nail polish, and it looked like I did them myself. The staff is also consistently rude and rough, often pulling on hands or using tools without care.

As a biweekly customer for years, I am extremely disappointed. Rose Salon needs to improve their service quality and customer care. I’d give zero stars if I could. Photos attached. Stay away.

I love this place !! Nice and clean! My favorite tech is my guy Tee always killin it with my Random complicated design request! This man has talent y’all !! 10 out of 10 recommend coming here and if you like a lot of different designs. Tee is you’re guy !!

Went to this salon for the first time today and I was lucky to get Tina. I got a pedicure, dip manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. I’ve been to many local nail salons with many different techs and she is by far one of the best I’ve encountered. All services I received today were phenomenal. I was a last minute walk in an hour before closing also which says a lot but next time I’ll definitely be making my appointments here with the same tech. I feel bad for cheating on my other nail lady, I’m pretty loyal but baby feet matter. Thank you Tina!!

i paid 33 dollars for nails that were not nearly to the level that they should be, the woman who did my nails left nail polish on my skin to cure. only giving 3 stars because the manager was very nice when asked about it, but not coming back.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a gel manicure in the worst way. I popped into Rose Nail in Stuart on a Sunday and sat right down with Tee, who did a great job on my manicure and gel polish! He was super patient as I wavered over colors and helped me pick one out. He was very professional and friendly, and the salon was clean and lively. I highly recommend Rose Nail!
