If I could give them 0 stars I would! Their tools are infected I developed fungus on two of my finger nails and now I I’m without no nails. Very rude about the situation be careful ware you go this is not the spot! That’s how my toe started

I’ve had my nails done at Rose Nails & Spa several times now, like 6 times at least, and they have been lasting longer than they did when I went to other nail salons. I don’t usually wait very long, and if I do, then I’m in a pedicure chair and enjoying the extra spa time. I love all the choices of pedicure styles, and the special soaking powders they use smell so good! My favorite nail salon in town!

This was my first time getting a pedicure here. Ivy did a great job and was very friendly also the staff was quick to attend to me when I walked in. I would recommend this nail spa to my friends.

Really upset with my experience here today. I came in with gelx extensions on my nails. I wanted them removed and have gel put over my natural nails. The tech immediately starts ripping them off with an acrylic tip. My fault for not immediately leaving the salon. She was then super rough with cleaning up my nails and my cuticles. As she was putting the gel polish on my nails, she wasn’t covering the whole nail. I asked her to fill in the edges with no polish and she kept telling me that it would just lift if she did. At this point I was so annoyed and upset with the service I was receiving I stopped advocating for good service. Now I have sore nails and a manicure where parts of my nails aren’t even covered. I checked the time I was at the salon for the service and it wasn’t even half an hour. I will not be returning.

I went back today to repair one of my acrylic overlay nail. The corner broke in less than a week so needed repair. The nail artist, Phuong Chau was asked to help me. He was very rude and unprofessional. I even told him that I am ok to pay for the repair if that is the problem but he stayed unhappy about having to help me and constantly complained to his coworker next to him. I requested to apply top coat on all nails as I was there so to give all nails a new shine. I thought I will tip him appropriately(which I still did) if they don’t charge me. He did such a bad job, he applied the topcoat on unclean nails that had debries from drilling the broken nail. So, in nut shell he fixed the broken nail and made all others look very bad. I didn’t want to give him back the rude behavior that he gave me but I feel so bad looking at my nails now and the time I wasted there that I had to write this review!!!
You can see the middle finger nail in picture below has pitted appearance, all others look pitted too. He didn’t care to clean them and put very thick and uneven top coat:(
