After being a customer for a good time , I didn’t see any respect or good service. I went there and after I sat down and the girl came, I only wanted to take off the previous polishing. She told me that they don’t take cash, I said I’m sitting , I’ll bring the money once you finish “Sparkasse is just cross the street “ , they kept repeating, I went out and will never come back to this place. I found a very respectful and great work nearby nail salon

The WORST. Came here to get my acrylics removed on a walk in. No English, no hospitality (let 4 German speakers ahead of me), 40 min wait, cut my cuticle (I was bleeding! AND NO APOLOGY), no base or top coat for 22€! Would give 0 stars if possible

Worst manicure ever. I went for a normal Manicure (no Shellac) and they only had 3 or 4 color options. They didn’t even use base or top coat. I paid 15€ when the pricing list said 10€.
Staff was rude.
My Deutsch is not so good so I had to be helped by other customer. Staff seem angry because I couldn’t understand them.
Will not come back.
