This is the second time I have been to this salon. After going to the same person for 9 years they got sloppy and needed to change. I have been very happy with my services here and will continue to go back. The lady that’s done my nails on both occasions was super sweet and did exactly what I requested. Quick yet efficient.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!! I came to get a pedicure and enjoy pampering and relaxation but instead received the worst pedicure ever!!! First of all I told the woman that my heels needed extra attention then she motioned for me to put my feet in the water that was extremely too hot. After getting my feet acclimated she began to work on my toes. She started clipping my toe nails and nicked my right foot twice to the point that my toe was bleeding. I asked her to stop because she wouldn’t leave them alone. Afterwards she takes my left foot and does the same thing. She nicked my big toe as well as my third toe on my right as the left. At this point I’m telling her to leave my toes alone and to work on my heels. So, she rinses my toes and sprays alcohol on them which caused me to almost leap out of my seat. I demanded her to leave my toes alone!!! So she did and began to work on my heels and instead scraped my ankle bone. I paid and left but shouldn’t have. I missed work the next day because I couldn’t put on full covered shoes. So, I went back to Rose’s to show her my feet and to ask if they could put gel polish on my toes at a later time, after they were healed. They refused to do it for free and said I had to pay. The owner denied responsibility. She refused to offer anything for such poor service and my injuries. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I am interested in nail design so i’m quite picky in choosing qualified nail salon. I come to this place last month. I’m so impressed with the nail art the staff did for me. It’s so beautiful and creative, my nails now are so unique and eye-catching😍😍😍.

More expensive than normal place and nails sub-par. Different thicknesses, color is not consistent or solid, and nails already look like they may separate at top. Sloppy work on cuticles and sides. Very disappointed. Place was clean and staff friendly – just won’t be back
