I went and got a full set with a pedicure for spring break and I’ve never been this upset over a service. My feet look like I bought a kit from dollar general and went for it my self, they are no where near the color I wanted. My hands are probably the most upsetting part for me my nails are crooked and have looked like they are grown out since he put them on, they genuinely look like I went and bought children’s press ons and forced them on my fingers. I only wanted nude with sparkles and they are not that. I am not someone to ever correct someone’s service but I had to speak up but it did nothing they kinda just went for what they wanted as fast as they could. I have never left a review for a place especially not a bad one but I feel robbed I just spent way to much money for the results I’m stuck with. The one positive thing is the woman who did the pedicure was very nice and the foot massage was amazing. All and all I could see someone having a positive experience but it doesn’t seem like somewhere you can expect that every time.

First off I have went here many times and never had a problem until today. I waited 2 hours and the end of my nails are extremely thick and she charged me $50 for these as a fill as she did awful. I will say I will not be returning and I am very disappointed in this service and the effort they put into this nail job.

Had an amazing experience here and it was fast it took about an hour. Showed him a picture of the nails i wanted and he was able to make them exactly like the picture. Everybody was so nice. Will definitely be coming back. (and it was only 70$ for a full set of specialty acrylic nails!)

I’ve been a handful of times and am blown away by their consistent quality work, prompt service, and attention to detail. I’ve gotten exactly what I’ve asked for each time and they’ve gone above and beyond for my daughter’s nails as well. Can’t wait to continue visiting and coming away with a great set of nails!
