We came in as a small group of sisters and our mother. We made an appointment so when we came in they were ready for us and took us right on back. I am sorry my memory is bad, but I do not remember their names. The ladies and gentlemen who helped us were wonderful, friendly and professional. The two ladies who took care of me did a wonderful job and our pampering day was amazing. Thanks for this morning and we will be back. I do not live locally, but every time I visit Mom, we make a trip out with the sisters, daughters or even with our mother.

My daughter went on 4/15/24 to get her nails done l. I let her dad take her and this is what she came home with. Nails were not dry and she ended up having to take the top off and redo it at home. I will never allow her to go back there again. Poor service she even told the tech that they were not dry and she ignored her completely. A complete waste of money!

Went for basic pedicure. It was good. Polite people. No English spoken realy.
The persons who did my and nephew just got up and left without saying they were done. As a new customer I was a little put off by that. I had to get attention to find out about paying. They didn’t even stay for tip. The other person had to take for them.
It’s computer check in and check out which isn’t very personal.

It’s a very nice place & probably the most relaxing atmosphere compared to anywhere I’ve been. But the men were not friendly. The service was rushed, and I had an appointment. And when I asked my tech for his business card since it was my first time there. He called his manager up there and looked in front of me at the business cards and handed it to me. Wouldn’t give me a name or anything. My money is the same as everyone else’s and it definitely wasn’t the best experience. And I still left a good tip despite it. I was an hairdresser for 20 years and I understand we all have off days but I couldn’t imagine treating my customers like that. Overall it was a let down when I had been looking forward to it.
