I called for a pedicure at 10:30 they told me come in at 11 and they can get me out before i needed to pick up my child. not only did i get there and they had me wait almost 20 minutes then when they were doing my pedicure they couldn’t seem to understand i want my nails cut and filed STRAIGHT, they tried to make excuses as i was explaining to them they are clearly crooked and no it’s not my nail being crooked as i don’t have an issue anywhere else getting a straight square shape. My nails were literally better shaped when i walked in. I literally walked out in the middle of my pedicure because they rather argue there is something wrong with my feet than just fix it, this is the second time I’ve come here i wanted to give them another chance as the last experience was not great either but they are terrible. Learned my lesson never going back.

Took my wife and granddaughter for manicures. We were seated right away even though we hadn’t made an appointment. Was the granddaughter’s first ever manicure. She was duly impressed.

Me and my ladies went to get pedicures together. The guy hurt my friend’s foot and wasn’t caring in anyway when she said something. Both mine and my other friends polish had chipped already not even a day the polish is pealing back.
They weren’t friendly at all. It was not a comfortable relaxing environment. We won’t be back. The man that works there really needs to work on his kindness and patience.
