Small place, apt only due to COVID. The young lady that worked on my nails have me tips to improve my nails and didn’t nail shame me (very short nails). She was thorough but fast. Got a manicure with gel polish. Looks great!

Lost a loyal customer. The last two times has been an ultimate upset. When I went two months ago, I scheduled an appointment at 5 just for the lady not be there so I had to find somewhere else last minute on a Friday evening. When I went on Christmas eve, I appreciate she let me come in before the shop was open. However, she took a lady that didn’t have an appointment and came after me and then rushed on mine because you she took an extra customer. I really love going there because it is always quiet and in my commute but this ridiculous! My lashes haven’t been on for a whole week and my right eye lashes are almost gone. I am really disappointed in the service and will NOT be going back.

I was charged $30 for a color change on my toes. No pedicure, just paint! I used to like this place, but after that fiasco- I won’t be coming back nor recommending it to anyone. Lost a loyal customer.

Drove up just to get a pedicure only to see a big sign that’s says only cash the Card system was down. Ended up not getting my pedicure, will never go there again. System should be up and running or have some kind of back up no one really uses cash these days. Plus it is a very small establishment inside.
