These nails were the most beautiful nails I’ve gotten ever for the summer. 10/10 would come again.

I did refill for my full set from last time. During the process, the lady who did for me file my nail, somehow i get bleeding on my index finger and she didnt say sorry or anything but instead she put some liquid which i didnt what it was, maybe alcohol? What i surprised and not impressed was she still charged me more for $5 and said that she did dipping on 2 of my fingers which she removed it out at first.

I still feel the paid right now which i did already 2 days ago. I dont know what i can do, and it really make me hard to decide to go back because i still like that lady who i usually get nail done with.

Love this place. They do all kinds of nail related services and they’re very polite staff. Only down side is they lack a little high end nail salon vibe like a wrist pillow..so badly needed when some nail work needs you to hold your hands up for more than 10mins. My hands get so tired after the end of each session. They also offer beverages incase you need it. They’re decently priced and don’t over charge you even if you’re a newbie. Their pedicures is the best I ever had. They also take walk ins but I would advice to always call first. Nina, the owner is a jovial lady who interacts very well with customer but sometimes language can be a slight barrier. Other things about the salon..free parking, clean environment, decent pricing, repeat customer benefits, walk ins

2.5 stars. I originally was going to post 4.5 when I got my set done but upon coming back a few weeks later for removal, the guy working there removed my extensions by grinding down the surface and prying the acrylics with a nail extension. As in he used a nail extension to scrape under the acrylics and pry it off. This way to remove extensions is totally not okay and damaging to the nail plate (it can even losen your nail). With the amount of force exerted to pry them off, he was struggling and even told me to tell him if I feel pain from the process. Totally not acceptable! That shouldn’t even be a thing and the fact that it may hurt to the point he told me to tell him if I do is just red flags all around. Removing extensions shouldn’t have hurt that much. If I wanted to remove them like that I would’ve just done it at home, but I came in because I wanted a professional to do them so I wouldn’t damage the natural nails…now my nails are damaged 🫠
Photo attached is after I tried to do some damage control because it was way worse when I got them removed.

I got gel manicure done there. I showed them one simple design and they said they couldn’t do it at the end I ended up doing French gel nails. But in 2 weeks those nails started peeling off and I had to get them removed and had to get them done again from another salon. They are nice people but they don’t know how to do simple nail designs and gel nails the proper way.
