It was my first time trying Rock Nails N Spa . The place was very nice and the service did not disappoint . Rachel was my nail technician , she was very pleasant and did a really nice job on my nails . I’m attaching my inspirations picture as well as the final result .

75$ for just pink acrylic nails, without design. Apart from the insane price, I had multiple problems with the service. Throughout the process, my nail tech drilled into my cuticles and left painful cuts all over the tops of my fingers. Furthermore, I lost a nail on my THIRD day after getting them done. By day 4, both pinkies had fell off– this is probably due to my tech rushing through my entire service (which lasted 40mins, shorter than standard for acrylics). I’ve had them done for a week now and have lost 3 nails already without any excessive force or possible reason. Also, when done, both of my thumb nails were COMPLETELY different lengths and my cuticles were painted over on some fingers (not even bothered to be cleaned up). Overall, it was an awful experience and I will definitely not return for acrylic nails in the future.

Aling Killed it!!!! I was able to get a same day appointment for a full set of LCN and came in with a few photos of what I wanted. All super trendy, designs, rhinestones, glitter, french ,etc. She absolutely took on the challenge and made them exaCLTY like the photo I had. I think I just found my new nail tech moving forward. Aling not only did a great job on my nails, she was super friendly, a great conversationalist, and worked in a timely manner. Cannot recommend enough!!! 10/10

Horrible experience at this salon. I got a pedicure and gel manicure from Cici. From the start she was extremely rough on my feet I had to tell her she was hurting me. After starting on my nails the whole experience felt rushed and again extremely painful. She filed down the top of my nails so much It felt like they were paper thin. She cut my cuticles so badly that she was cutting the skin on my fingers. She made 3 of my nails bleed. Arguably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. After I left, I let a few hours go by but then decided to give Rock nails a call and explain my experience.The manger asked me to come in and after looking at my nails in person, he told me that I had sensitive hands and that the redness will be gone by overnight. He did apologize and offered me a $20 gift card but the interaction didn’t seem very sincere. It has now been 24 hours since I’ve gotten my nails done. I’m extremely disappointed that my nails were literally hacked and I was told I’m being sensitive. I will not be going back here since this nail salon displayed such lack of care and empathy towards their customers.
