If I could give zero stars I would. I gave my wife the day off yesterday to go have a nice pedicure she mostly likes the massage. She was told that because the girl didn’t have time she was only going to give her a basic pedicure. If she didn’t have time why not let someone else do it? I planned for my wife to have a nice relaxing day before valentines like the queen she is and she was treated like a peasant. And instead of fixing the issue or any resolution my wife was given 10% off for her next visit. She will not have a next visit here. And since I am a social media influencer I will be sure to let everyone in Albuquerque know how terrible this place is. And she was still charged $50 for her terrible 15 min pedicure.

Had a great experience at this location today. I think my nail tech was Vie Vie (?? I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten her name already! Busy day!) and she die an AMAZING job. Perfectly painted, which is hard to do on short nails. If I lived in ABQ, she would be my go-to person.

This has been the 3rd time i’ve gotten my nails done & I was recommended to come here because of the “amazing” work they do..Well nothing was “amazing” about my nails..I’m just getting into nails & i have never had them this long previous sets!! i told her short & they’re longer than expected! i honestly do not think i will be coming back ever! What i asked for vs. what i got!don’t get me wrong it’s a nice beautiful place but the nails……..

This is my favorite place! They just moved into an even bigger place in the same location, and it’s so peaceful and quiet. They pamper you and make you feel like the only customer! They are very fast but do a great job. I always go for gel nails and they have the biggest selection of colors I have ever seen. Everything is clean and they take care to prevent any contamination, so I never worry about infection.
UPDATE: My nails have lasted 12 days so far (of rough treatment) and they still look perfect!
