Customer Reviews:
I really wanted to love this place. The shop itself is a cute set up. However, my nails are trash and so is my pedicure. My deluxe pedicure was very short. It took them maybe 20 minutes to complete the whole thing(wax, hot rocks, ect). The polish looks like a 6 year old painted my nails. Then I moved over to have my nails dipped. Except, they did acrylic instead which I hate. But I wasn’t trying to be rude about it. So I didn’t say anything. Now I wish I would have.. the nails are thick, on my cuticles, very lumpy, discolored in some areas, and this one lady would not leave me alone about a design on my nails. So I ended up with what should have been a snowflake on my nails. Now the real kicker. After a 15% tip, my total was right about $138. AND the lady had the audacity to tell me the design was a ‘gift’ and I would not be charged for it. Extremely overpriced. Very terrible quality. I have never had a worse mani/pedi. I will never go here again.
