Customer Reviews:
Pricing was good, it was clean and the massaging chairs were great. Our next trip to Orlando in 2025 will include a stop here again. It was the perfect location outside of the Marriott we were staying at.
Thank you to Carmen and staff, we will definitely be coming back!
Halfway through the nail dip process, I noticed that the color looked very bright and asked if that is how they would look in the end. My nail tech told me no, it would look just like the swatch once she got done. Once she was done, it still looked very bright, so I asked if that was how the swatch looked. Once we held the swatch up to my nails, it was several shades lighter (color of my toes was how the swatch looked). When I pointed this out, the owner said it was the same color, but the base swatch was white, so that’s why it looked so different. This still didn’t make sense to me because I get nail dip all the time and have never had that issue, so another nail tech added a couple more layers to the nail swatch and finally got it to look like the color of my nails. She said the nail swatch must’ve only had 1 layer, which is why it looked so different. I pointed out that the nail swatch should be representative of how the color would turn out, and there wouldn’t ever be a scenario where they would only put 1 layer on anyone. She agreed and said they could redo my nails from scratch, but it would have to be tomorrow because they were closing. I had a conference to attend, so that would not have worked for me. The owner just just kept saying it was still a nice color and proceeded to charge me the full price of $95 for my entire service. On top of it, while my nail tech was very nice and apologetic, she had accidentally cut my cuticles and made them bleed in 4+ spots.
Would not go back there.
