Unfortunately I can’t recommend and won’t be going back. The first time I was there, I had gel manicure and was going for regular to take a break. They removed many layers from my nails when removing the gel and made them weak for a couple months. My nails even had a bump where you could see the thicker nail growing back. I didn’t say anything because I figured I would just not do gel with them. I went back now for my third visit and I felt pain while the person was filing my toe nails and pulled back twice. When I got home I realized that my toes were hurting whenever I walked and both my toes and hands hurt with the hot water from the shower. I then looked closely and had big cut on my toes from the person filing my nails too harshly and short. I also had cuts around my hand cuticles that, by the way, looked very chewed up. I sent an email to the salon with photos, but never heard back. Not even an apology. This was on Thursday. I have since been in pain when I walk as the cuts are still healing. Since yesterday (Tuesday – less than a week from the service) my nail polish have been peeling and the paint job was subpar. You can see that the second layer does’t cover the first and it is very uneven . Just no attention to details there.

I had a great experience. Manicurist kept checking in to ensure I was happy with cuticle and nail length and shape.
One drawback, no massage chairs, but a regular pedicure included hot stones massage too!

My favorite place to get my nails done, and I’ve tried most in Ridgefield. Such a pleasant experience; everyone is very kind and they seem happy. Rosie is the best – so happy to see me when I walk in, like I’m an old friend. The quality of their work is impeccable; they will do whatever you ask for! Highly recommend.
