Talk about black excellence! Where do I begin? The customer service from the time I called was amazing! My nail appt got cancelled last min and that was the only day I was available so of course I was overwhelemed. Well Rich salon saved the day (per usual) and had an available appt later that day and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The decorations are absolutely beautiful. I loved that they made me wash my hands first and the experience in my manicure + nails yes you heard me both! Was exceptional. Shoutout my girl Jaeden! Best nail tech everrrrrr! Outstanding convo , music, vibes, attention to detail, beautiful designs and just a whole great aura. Prices were excellent (even better than most nail techs in va) and I felt so welcomed and at home. Really do love this black owned shop it is a 10/10 so what you waiting for? Go in there asap and SUPPORT. Can’t wait to be back.

Classy and elegant. My first time going on my birthday and I will definitely be going back. I did the jelli pedicure and manicure. Baybay… my feet felt like they were in pillows. Almost dozed off because I was so relaxed. I felt taken care of and pampered. The service was professional, atmosphere is relaxing, chic, makes you feel like a Rich Lady for real. They go by appointments which I love. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

‼️BOOK WITH JAEDEN AT RICH NAILS‼️ Best in RVA. Not only is she a great tech but she also does all design by hand… NO STICKERS 🙅🏽♀️ I never leave disappointed. I love the shops environment and the complimentary wine 🍷 and snacks.

i love coming to this salon. the environment is super clean and everyone’s energy is great. my favorite tech Terri creates beautiful freestyles. She’s super sweet and friendly! I’ve been going to her for about a year and she alwaysssss does an amazingggggg.

I went to RICH Nail Lounge for a signature pedicure for the first time yesterday. I will definitely be back! The atmosphere and professionalism of the staff is awesome! Niya was amazing!! I am so glad I went and I have been telling everyone since I left!
